In recognition of the 2026 Perth Poetry Festival, the City of Perth Forrest Place Arts Screen and Northbridge Piazza Superscreen exhibit local poetry works throughout the festival weekend and its surrounding weeks. The 2026 Perth Poetry Festival Weekend runs 27–30 August, with a satellite programme of events in the surrounding weeks.
Screened in association with WA Poets Inc., the program features work from a myriad of local poets — this year, over 100 Western Australian poets contributed work for the screenings.

Exhibition Screenings
The City of Perth Urban Screens host a variety of programs in Northbridge, from formal feature film screenings with beanbag seating to casual sporting events, exhibitions, and short-film screenings. Poetry exhibition screenings like this one are informal events without beanbag seating — visitors are welcome to relax on the Piazza’s lush lawn, savour the renowned culinary delights of Northbridge, or enjoy a stroll along James Street, taking in the local works.
